We are constantly improving the Conflict of Heroes system, due in part to the great customer feedbacks that we receive. Below are the latest living rules versions of the series.

CoH: Storms of Steel! Rules

CoH: Awakening the Bear! Rules
Awakening the Bear! Rules Update
With the release of Storms of Steel! (SoS), the Conflict of Heroes system has experienced some significant changes. These changes were the result of additional play-testing and suggestions and comments from fans like you. The SoS Rulebook and Summary Sheet should be used to play Awakening the Bear! (AtB) so you can experience all the improvements the newest game in the series has to offer. You can download those two files from the same page you downloaded this file.
Players may use the most up to date version 1 rules listed below or the version 2 rules (which utilizes simultaneous activation) listed above. The changes are minimal, but far reaching, and either version can be played with all Conflict of Heroes games.
